After growing up on a farm in central Ohio, Tim Saunders decided to do the opposite of what his friends did after high school.  Most chose good paying jobs, while he went to college in pursuit of his dream.  

Forty years later, Tim Saunders retires with a resume that most baseball coaches dream about.  A hall of fame high school baseball coach at the state and national level, 17 years coaching for USA Baseball, a state championship and life lessons learned as a baseball coach.
