This is how I deal with feeling judged (whether it's in my head of real life), and how I reframe it to be a positive thing for myself, and others. Also recognizing where the judgment may be coming from really helps me too :-) Hope you enjoy!

This is my number 1 productivity hack, and how I get the most work done, whether it's practising, learning songs, or even making these videos, without burning out! I've been through so many cycles of burning out in my career, and the older I got the worse it was... this is a manageable balance of work without absolutely killing myself!
