We all have had a situation where you had people who just didn't understand that fact that they needed to mind their own business and concentrate on things that are happening in their lives. We have also, I'm sure, reached a boiling point where constantly ignoring that things are happening and being the bigger man is becoming increasingly difficult. Well, ladies and gents I bring you solutions... SAVE YOUR BREATH. So people are really not worth the attention and by giving them a reaction you end up stooping to their level. Motivation Vs Disciple

What’s the difference?

”Motivation, broadly speaking, operates on the erroneous assumption that a particular mental or emotional state is necessary to complete a task. Discipline, by contrast, separates outwards functioning from moods and feelings and thereby ironically circumvents the problem by consistently improving them.

I like to think of discipline as “what to do” and motivation as “why to do. Discipline has a Latin root, but the gist is it’s about teaching. So I think of self-discipline as teaching yourself self-control and shaping your behaviour, so that you’re not a slave to your motivations.
