The boys travel to Portland, Ore., to visit with family-owned Venne Plumbing. We talk with Ryan, Lindsay and Emma about running a family-owned plumbing business. I mean, what do they even talk about at Thanksgiving dinner? We talk to Emma, as she just received her journeyman's license at the age of 24! Good on her! The Venne's were also very helpful in volunteering after a wildfire erased 300 homes in Otis, Ore., just minutes from the coast. Get to know the Vennes as they are doing some great things in the Pacific Northwest.
