  • Eight Keys to Balancing Daily Challenges and Struggles with Dr. Jenelle Kim
"Every one of us has a destiny that calls us to achieve greatness. It is whether we connect to that destiny or let it pass by that determines if we will be great." -Dr. Jenelle Kim
For nearly a decade, today's special guest, Dr. Jenelle Kim has shared with those she treats how to incorporate the power of Eastern philosophy into Western lifestyles, enabling her clients to live more balanced, purposeful, and harmonious lives. Jenelle passionately believes that by creating an awareness of the connectedness between the mind, body, spirit, and greater universe, then will you truly understand yourself, and therefore, will you understand your place in the universe, and what you are called to do in your life - your destiny.
As the American-born daughter of a Korean father and an American mother, Dr. Jenelle Kim, learned from an early age the power behind the centuries-old principles passed down from her ancestors—the same principles that have allowed her to live a life of meaning and purpose. She is the custodian of the herbal formulations passed down directly within her family line for many generations and the first woman to hold this responsibility.

  • How to Overcome Suffering and Lifelong Pain with Spiritual Healer Gui Sonmez
Are you stuck in your life and have the desire for a deep, transformational journey. Do you suffer with anxiety and depression that creates constant pain in your life? Are you tired of being a victim of your past or of society? Do you want to explore what your purpose is and how you can be in alignment with it? Are you ready to take the leap of faith to learn how to deal with critical inner voices?
Roughly 8 years ago, today's special guest, Gül Sönmez, coach, spiritual healer, and founder of Purposeful Vibes, noticed she was manifesting injuries and pain on her physical body. Gül searched for solutions with modern medicine and therapies, but nothing could help her inner pain.
She became obsessed with self-healing, practiced Shamanism, breathwork, kundalini, EFT, and more...but something was always missing. Her path radically changed in 2017 when she left Turkey and moved to Luxembourg, leaving her job, marriage, friends, and teachers behind for a corporate job with Amazon. This path led her to work with her first client: a friend’s son had a brain surgery on a tumor and she asked if she could go to the hospital for healing. It looked like she was his healer, but in reality he was hers.
From there, the demand for her work exploded, and Gül began working with many clients from various backgrounds and religions. She earned her coaching certification and began combining the healing modalities and energy work skills she’d accumulated over the years during her sessions.
Gül’s path shifted once more in 2019 when she started to become a clear channel for her and her clients’ energies; they were revealing buried memories and root causes of traumas without her even asking. Leaning into this intense calling, she left her job and traveled around the world for months, learning how to channel and incorporate it all into her practice.

  • The Four Basic Elements of Human Nature with Astrologer Debra Silverman
Today's special guest Debra Silverman, a psychotherapist and astrologer, has helped thousands of people, including Sting, Madonna, Aaron Rodgers, Shailene Woodley, and Danica Patrick understand their life lessons, unique purpose, strengths, and challenges based on Jungian psychology and the four elements of Water, Air, Earth, and Fire.
While there is no “one size fits all” approach, Debra has developed a unique psychological-spiritual model, combining her expertise in Esoteric (soul-centered) Astrology with her extensive education in Psychology to help those going through major life changes, especially in crisis. She custom designs her therapeutic approach to each individual, using astrology and psychology as a magical healing combination.
In her book, The Missing Element: Inspiring Compassion for the Human Condition, Debra describes human nature in a compassionate and succinct way. "We are all made of four basic elements – Water, Air, Earth, and Fire. When we’re in pain, it means these elements are out of balance in our lives. The key is to be able to discern your own personality and understand where you can strengthen the parts of your elemental nature that are out of balance."
When Debra Silverman was just 20 years old, she met an astrologer who blew her mind and changed her world forever. Debra went on to deeply study the mind and body, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Dance from York University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Her work with families, individuals, and couples has her standing out in a sea of therapists and coaches. She has taught at the internationally renowned Esalen Institute, and her work has taken her around the globe, practicing and lecturing in places like New York, Los Angeles, London, Vancouver, Seattle and Boulder, Colorado.

  • Post-Traumatic Thriving with Disaster Recovery Expert Dr. Randall Bell
Trauma has a way of showing up when we least expect it, and society sends many signals telling us that it’s admirable to put on a brave face and soldier on. But our grief is normal — even healthy, says today's special guest, world-renowned expert on disasters and trauma, Dr. Randall Bell.
“The hallmark error is to continually dodge the pain. There is a time and place for avoidance. However, to heal and grow, we cannot doge the pain forever …,” he writes in his new book, Post-Traumatic Thriving: The Art, Science, & Stories of Resilience. “ When trauma hits, your most significant decision will be to dive, survive or thrive. If you choose to thrive, this book is for you.
Dr. Bell undertook unprecedented research, and juxtaposes outcomes of scientific studies with stories of real people (many of them familiar) who have used their trauma as their fuel to thrive to reveal common denominators. He divides his remarkable insights into three sections: The Dive Stage, The Survive Stage and The Thrive Stage, and outlines a step-by-step process toward authentic healing.
As an economist, Dr. Randall Bell has consulted on more disasters on earth than anyone in history and is widely considered the world’s top authority in the field of post-traumatic thriving. His clients include the Federal Government, State Governments, International Tribunals, major corporations and homeowners. • Solar Plexus Chakra Healing with Energy Psychologist Lydia Van Den Broeck
This month we are shining the Light on the third, Solar Plexus Chakra. What are Power Struggles? How to be aware of them ? how to eliminate them?  How can you more creative and have more fun.
The time has come. 5th Dimensional consciousness refers to the spiritual dimensions that mirror our spiritual growth. Maybe now, more than ever, as we find ourselves living through extreme social upheaval, we want our outer world to reflect the picture of the life we hold inside.
It’s important to know how and why things manifest and why they sometimes do not. Manifesting something is not the inevitable result of following certain steps. Before your desires can take form, it is fundamental to know yourself as “worthy” of receiving. Feeling deserving does not come from an entitled claim of the ego but rather comes from your heart as an expression of your authentic self. You are divinity personified. Can you relax and surrender to the flow and allow life to come to you with grace? Life is much easier and sweeter to navigate as you reach into yourself at a deeper level.
Today's special guest Lydia Van den Broeck, Ph.D., is a transformational healer, teacher, coach, and applied mystic, rooted in every day life. The core of her work is to be Heart to Heart with each person and escort them into their fullest potential. She holds a Ph.D. in Holistic Sciences and Psychotherapy. Lydia has a private practice in the Chicago area and is available in person or by phone. She gives keynotes, teaches groups, and workshops, by invitation, and is available to guide individuals and groups to elevate their consciousness and encourage cooperation.
