We have been advocates for a fair and equal work force, where people be rated fairly based on their skills and abilities. Sadly, in the aviation industry, there is a huge disparity for women, with some fields in aviation encompassing less 5% of women. Today, we are joined with Kathryn Vinclaire, the founder of Flight Path Productions, who her and her production team are on a mission to help fix that disparity.
