Day 2.

Each day we will meditate on a scripture and say a prayer to break the chains of depression and anxiety. These prayers are taken from the book 365 Days of Prayer for Depression and Anxiety. I may add to the prayer but will never take away from them.

Hello 2024! Letting you know I’m here. The goal is to give deeper into all that you’re doing and recognize the love all around you.

Healing never stops! I am so glad that God does not judge us like we judge ourselves and others. Keep doing your best! Vibrate higher and higher!
