This week's meditation is a Guided Giving and Receiving Love and Good wishes meditation, traditionally known as a Metta Meditation, working with the category of benefactor. In this meditation, we practice wishing our nearest and dearest good wishes like safety, good health, and happiness, and we also practice receiving these same good wishes from them.
PS - Jos has cold right now, and she is sorry that she sounds so congested in this meditation, but this is real life :)
