In 1950, a fiery explosion leveled the West Side Baptist Church in Beatrice, Nebraska, just as choir practice was set to begin. Miraculously, all 15 choir members—known for their punctuality—were late that evening, each delayed by seemingly trivial reasons. Was it a stroke of incredible luck, or something more divine?
