In today's episode, we're talking about weight loss and lifestyle habits. Weight is a symptom of a lifestyle, so if we adjust our lifestyle to enable health, vitality, and vigor, we will see results in the weight department.

If we exercise because we want to have the energy to do what we want in life not just for losing weight, then it's going to be a lot easier to stay committed to this habit.

We gain confidence by controlling our body. Instead of stopping at McDonalds, we stop at the grocery store. We move our bodies, even when we would rather glue ourselves to the couch.

How we build our internal health, will manifest in our external health.
