During our 1st episode, “The Life of a Leader in Education,” Adam shares how realizing his desire to be a teacher at the age of 14 sent him on a journey where he gained experience in a wide range of schools, both in Japan & the U.S. He became not only a teacher but also an administrator in education, serving and developing those he led. 

 In our 2nd episode “Building a Team,” Adam shared the difference between team building and building a team and describes who the Creative Innovator, the Data Analyzer, the Worker Bee and the Social Regulator and how they contribute to an effective team. 

 And now we have come to our 3rd episode, “How a Growth Mindset Impacts the Way We Both Follow and Lead.”  Adam Fraser will share how the idea of growing ourselves helps us transition from passive followers to active participants.
