We're discussing confidence this week! It's a favorite topic of mine, because it can affect so much of what we do and don't do, and how we feel about ourselves. In this episode, I break down what confidence means to me and teach you how to build awareness around what confidence means to you. I also address the impact of culture on our confidence and the need to unlearn that societal conditioning. And because practice is fundamental to personal growth, I give you some tips on how to grow your confidence and let go of your self-doubt!
