I’m typical IT person who heavily use all kinds of digital devices on daily basis. I almost forgot how to write and recently started back journaling. Journaling is good for you because it could be your meditation and reminder. It is important to have your moment to write. And here’s why🌈 私は典型的な現代人で、紙とペンで文字を書くことは本当に少なくなりました。でも日記を書くことは昔から絶対に日記ノートとペンです。「よく日記なんて書くねー。」とかよく言われますが…些細な事だけれど続けると良い事があると思うんです😌
