As we strive to maintain unity amid adversity when we don’t always agree with each other, we learn from the example of Jesus. We need a Jesus mind that lays aside our position of power, steps into the pain of others, and serves others. Reconciliation will be costly and uncomfortable, but Bryan encourages us to step into this historical moment with the Jesus mind and obey the call to unity.
