Lean In –
A jury of your peers- something constitutionally promised to every defendant in America. However, for Black and Brown defendants, is this actually the case? In short, no. And it’s not even close. Former prosecutor and current defense attorney Laura Carwile once again, joins Lean in, this time, to discuss injustice in the way juries are formed.
