26-year-old Natalie Greene has been charged with staging an elaborate hoax where she claimed three men assaulted her for working for Republican congressman Jeff Van Drew. 

She apparently paid a body-modification artist to carve wounds on her face and neck, and was found with the words "Trump Whore" on her stomach and "Van Drew is a racist" on her back.
