This episode features Matt Price who is currently the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Kings. Before taking on this role, he had been the lead strength and conditioning coach for Alpine Canada's Men's Speed Team, as well as previously holding the same position for the women's national team. He's been a game-changer in the world of performance monitoring and the use of data to support training programming and on-ice loading.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the game that he played competitively to high levels including time spent as an Acadia Axmen!
