Today’s podcast guest is Nicky The Yogi. She is a wife, daughter, big sister, MY cousin, and a mother of 4 who loves a good cup of coffee and tacos on Tuesdays. Nicky states that her first yoga class took place in 2017 during a rather dark time in her life. It was through yoga that she was beginning to find myself (and the light) again! Due to this transformation, Nicky started a clip to help heal other women like her. We discuss the purpose of yoga, the different types of yoga, and the ways that she has changed as a result.
