I picked up a random journal at Target a couple months ago. I am not a lover of journaling. However, this easy journal prompt has completely changed the way I use and view my time each day and given me a little bit of hope (especially as a stay-at-home-mom). Below, I share the prompts so you, too, can be intentional with your time and experience a little bit of hope.
