With 52 shows and over 250 million lifetime downloads, the publication now holds the largest independent podcast network in Australia and the largest women's podcast network in the world.

I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with the woman at the helm of it all, Lize Ratliff, Head of Podcasts & Deputy Editorial Director at Mamamia.

Despite her enormous responsibilities, Lize will always remain part of the creative process, or as she likes to put it, still able to 'make the things' whilst fulfilling her management role.
