Obadiah is the smallest book in the Old Testament, but its message is significant. We learn from the prophet what God does to a nation that exalts itself, how we are to behave as godly citizens, and why God will judge the nations as well as individuals. Obadiah reminds us that God holds nations as well as individuals responsible for their actions. Nations as well as individuals are to be ethical and moral. This small book has a very large lesson for us today.
