Many years before the Church was officially organized in 1830, a religious reformation had begun. But still many thought it wasn't finished and that the New World would give opportunity for that reformation to be complete. But what did that mean or look like? And if Joseph Smith was lying about being the one to head this restoration, why would he choose the worst possible way to try and convince people it was true?
