You've had them - good coaches and bad coaches.
Good teachers, bad teachers.
You've been a great parent, and a not-so-great parent at times.
These 3 traits or characteristics are ones you can learn to ensure you become the best (self) coach/parent you've ever been.
A beautiful story of stepping fully in to your passion despite the fears and self-doubt.
Chaz and I met a few years ago as PTSO moms for our kids' school. I knew from the get-go that she was a special person. I've had a front row seat to seeing her passion for capturing moments in time start as just a side hobby and blow up into a full-on business.
It's been an honor to witness, and I feel even more blessed to have her as a guest to share her story.
Often times what holds us back is not knowing how to start, and then "it" - that thing you've always wanted to do, gets put on the back burner and never flourishes. Not only is this bad for you, but it's bad for THEM! The people you were meant to reach, to serve, to bring your skills and talents to.
So stop sitting on the sidelines, jump in, and follow these super simple steps to get moving in the right direction.
SEASON 2:

For the past two months since diving deep into my personal grocery spending, I have been able to save $600-$800/month on our grocery spending. Like WHAT?!
I give you the 3 steps I took to get to where we are, and I don't see myself going back to the "old" ways of budgeting and meal planning ever again.
I'd love to hear if you have a similar method or if you do something totally different. And! I give you a hint to the "next" thing towards the end so if you have experience with it or know someone.. help a mom out!
If you're someone who has been working on a passion project and you're ready to share it with more than just your mom, dad, and close family and friends - this episode is for you!
I recently started incorporating the use of Pinterest to help spread my message about this podcast and what our future retreats have to offer, and my pinterest views went from 0 to over 45k MONTHLY. And the beautiful (and often unknow) part of using Pinterest is that it's an actual search engine and your content lives on forever. Unlike something on other social media platforms where people might see it, if you're lucky, for the first 24 hours.
Dive into this episode with me and please reach out if you have questions about how this might work for you and your passion project!
A personal story in real time about what it's like - physically, mentally, emotionally - to be at the "half way" point of achieving a specific goal.

I share WHY it's important to persevere despite the hard things because it will ultimately bring you joy and fulfillment. Tune in to hear more!

HOW am I even going to make this possible?
