..."the complaint or roadblock I hear most often is that there isn't enough time--OR-- that mommas feel a sense of guilt when they are actually pursuing their goals. Here are my thoughts on those two things. First off—when you say you don't have time, what you're actually saying is that it's not a priority... Secondly, when I hear mommas talk about momma guilt—It's related to making time for themselves to take a bath, get a manicure, do that workout...." This momma confession was inspired by the feedback recieved from other moms who talk about not having time and feeling guilty for pursuing their own goals.
