Listen Later

Since the early 1950s, doctors have been telling people to eat a diet low in fat. This prompted food manufacturers to make low fat processed foods. Tune in with hosts Darlene Kvist, JoAnn Ridout and Katie Vigesaa to learn more about what triggers compulsive overeating and what you can do to stop it.
