The last of the 10 E’s, the Director of Equilibrium, The Balancer. The Balancer reminds us that to be at our strongest, clearest, and most powerful and balanced self, our 5 Basic Needs must be satisfied. Our most authentic self is exposed when we find the courage to remove or peel back the self-imposed and culturally imposed barriers and layers that hold us back. The strength it takes to reveal ourself to the world can only be done when we are at our most powerful, when we are balanced. We lose our authentic self and our life’s purpose when we compromise who we are. This happens when we’re unbalanced. Maintaining balance, our equilibrium, is our key to steadfast focus and keeping our “why” at the forefront of all we do.
