First, The plaintiff started dating the defendant after they met on social media. Plus, The plaintiff was married to the defendant and things turned ugly when he was shot. He alleges while he was recovering, his ex-wife made fun of him, and that led him to cheat. After the divorce, the plaintiff says he was supposed to get a couch, but it was missing, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says the plaintiff blamed her for getting shot, and she’s countersuing for spousal support and pain and suffering.
