Daryl Steeves agreed to spend a little more time with us on our podcast this evening and we are so glad he did. Daryl was on our show in episode #95, link below, and we learn a great deal about Daryl but we never had a chance to really dig into one of his passions, Nordic walking. Tonight we discuss a number of things about Nordic walking and Power hiking and Daryl has a great gift of being able to explain things in such a way that a person can visualize the entire thing.
