This week the gals discuss Taylor Swift's most prolific single: Shake it Off! The discussion ends up focusing a lot on why this song (and Taylor herself) fell out of the public's favor over time. It gets pretty feminist-y in the middle. Our little game this week is discussing our favorite covers other artists have done of Taylor songs. And as for the news... well as far as we knew there wasn't any. Honestly it's pretty funny how spot on we were that she was up to something though haha... 🤦‍♀️

Just as Taylor ignored the warning signs and walked through the traffic lights, so did our dynamic duo when they decided to record this episode in the middle of the night when they were both exhausted. Not gonna lie people, we were running off fumes with this one. Elena was so tired she mixed up Carly Rae Jepsen albums. Nonetheless, we persisted! Join us this week as we discuss Taylor's Stonewall Inn event speech, new song rumors, and Red's opener, State of Grace! The gals also play a little game finding songs by other artists that sound distinctly Swift-y and have a heated debate about album openers.
