EP 140 of Leave Your Mark a special edition is a performance conversation with Dr. Stephen Norris about his experiences in high-performance sport, and how he worked with others to solve problems. Steve's career spans several decades pushing the boundaries of human performance in Canada's Olympic training system.  He was a part of the inception of the Own the Podium program which brought great success for Canada at the Vancouver Olympics.  He's helped numerous NSO's in Canada frame out their performance strategies, and he's been a tremendous mentor to so many HP professionals through his teaching at UofC and works with the Canadian Sports Institute in Calgary.
