What does it mean to be an African in America? What was your first impression? Where you ever ashamed of being African?

We all suffer from some type of mental illness. On todays episode we get a chance to learn first had what it means to deal with depression, & anxiety. We learn different coping mechanisms and what it takes to go through this everyday. 

Rezi our social media manager and JC my daughter (results just came in and yes she's mine) LOL sit and talk with us about mental health. Rezi has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and she is currently going through it today. We do what we do best.
