In this episode I will be speaking to Tom Palmer, who's a men's coach and mentor. We talked about the work that he does in supporting men in becoming the best version of themselves, but also the challenges that he went through to get to this point in his life. We also talk about living a life of purpose, being connected to your true self, taking radical responsibility for everything that is happening in your life and also reaching out to ask for help when you need it.
Tom's ethos is working to support men to know themselves deeply and to create lives of fulfilment, integrity and freedom, this work also reaches into the lives of the women and children that are connected to them.
