📍Terri Coleman at a young age quickly learned all about operating a business by watching her father who ran a very successful cleaning company. She was always the person to go to for business advise and marketing ideas in her early 20’s.
📍Later in 2005, she began testing the waters with creating marketing strategies, business plans and how to generate wealth by teaming up with Regina B. Scott owner of Stardom Productions Inc. Furthermore, she graduated with honors from Kaplan University AA/Business Administration.
📍Soon after, Terri continued to expanded her professional career in the mortgage industry which allowed her to open up doors for women and men to gain funding for residential and commercial properties. With her 20 years of experience in the business she is sought after to provide knowledge on the right steps to getting financed for properties.
📍As her passion continued to develop it became clear that she was blessed with a mission to empower individuals through entrepreneurship and real estate. Terri has a long history of personal financial success and pitfalls which allows her to speak from experience and not just text book theories.
📍She has successfully mentored and coached hundreds of women on how to become financially independent by starting their own successful companies. Terri’s expertise ranges across numerous industries and platforms from real estate, transportation, the beauty industry and more. Additionally, her depth of knowledge in marketing, social media, small business funding, credit analysis and strategic planning provides her clients with a diverse blueprint for success.
📍Terri is not only a loan consultant, a business coach and mentor she is a true inspiration to all of her clients, friends and family in showing them you can beat the odds. Her motto is ‘Stop dreaming about your dreams and start living them.’
