— "You are love.
You may have forgotten this truth about yourself.
You may have made many mistakes, but you are not your behavior.
You may think you are unredeemable, but you are.
You may not know how to live without constant shame of who you have been or who you are being, but you can learn a different way. In fact, everything you have been through is a gift provided to you specifically. You are needed. You are needed now.
Your healing is important because it's the greatest gift you can give the world. You may have been struggling for a while, but the struggle can now be over. Let the struggle go so that the truth, love and light can come in."

— Through the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda we are taught that, in the simplest terms available, the key to everything is balance. Whether it be through the balance of effort and ease, the grounding of our physical and energetic bodies, the balance of the natural elements within and around us, and even the idea of work-life balance opens the door to everything else we are looking to achieve. It could not be a simpler concept: A healthy balance within body, heart, mind, and spirit allows us to create more clearly, day by day, our best possible life whatever that may look like.

— "Everything is energy. Manifestation teachers often say "you attract what you ARE, not what you want". Show up, energetically, as your future self – the version of you that already is and has everything you want.
The universe responds to energy. To the energy of your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions. So be mindful of what you're putting out there. You can train yourself to vibrate at higher emotional states. One of the most powerful ways to do that is gratitude.
Be grateful for EVERYTHING. Including what hasn't shown up yet. That is where faith comes in. Believe you can have it. Believe it's already yours. And be thankful for it NOW. Feel the feelings of having it now.
Do the above and you'll begin a transformation from the inside out. You'll stop holding yourself back and start owning who you are. You'll unlock your potential. And you'll start attracting what you want. This works in every area. Some areas take longer because there's more inner work to get through. Be patient. Have faith. Trust the process.

— Grief is an individual journey for everyone. Depending on the loss, the grieving persons background and their individual values, it will hold different meaning. We will always hold opposing perspectives on what it means for us, like a lot of things in life. But, essentially we don't need to search for answers. We just have to find a way to navigate through our own grief in a way that is right for us.
In that, we must respect other people's beliefs too, let's not enforce restrictions and personal beliefs onto each other. Love, respect and understanding is what everyone needs in life, whether grieving or not.
Valeria Teles interviews Karen Sutton — A Grief and Loss Coach Supporting Widows.
Karen Sutton, is one of the UK's first grief and loss coaches to specialize in supporting those widowed early in life. — Imagine being able to be with the bad stuff of life, AND simultaneously seek out and appreciate the good. How would that change your approach to life, your mood, your level of satisfaction?
One of Jilly Hyndman's superpowers as a coach/human is finding silver linings, finding the good in the bad, getting the learning from the discomfort. This skill -- being able to choose a (positive) perspective -- and see life from it, literally changed her life.
When we embody and believe this, we are enabled to approach life and challenging times from a place of empowerment, creativity and possibility, authorship, ownership and choice...rather than from a place of defeat, victimhood and blame.
Valeria Teles interviews Jilly Hyndman — a Heartrageous Coach, Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Writer, And Speaker.
Jilly Hyndman is a life, death leadership coach, facilitator, writer and parent with 20+ years' experience creating safe and playful spaces for personal exploration. Jilly loves helping people wake up to their true dreams, purpose and power and live according to the unique rage of their hearts.
Along with 1:1 coaching clients, Jilly designs and leads workshops and programs, including Positively Chronic -- a program to help folks living with chronic illness lighten the mental load that accompanies a long-term condition and creates conversations to demystify dying and death. She's on the faculty of Spiral Leadership, a spirit-led women's leadership program, and provinces pro-bono coaching for the Humanitarian Coaching Network.
After a cancer diagnosis, she re-evaluated her lifestyle and priorities, relocated to Vancouver Island in 2018 from the Canadian Prairies. You can find her hiking in forests or exploring beaches with her spouse, daughter, and dog.

— Compare loving yourself to the love your parents shared with you. Your parents may not have LIKED you all the time, but they always LOVED you for who you are.
In other words, you may not like some of the habits you have, or the patterns you fall into. Yet, at the end of the day, if you can look yourself in the mirror and say, "I love you", you are rocking the self-love!"

— "As Jason Elias reflects upon the health crisis now facing us, he keeps hearing Qi Bo's gentle, insistent voice: "In the past, people practiced the Tao, the Way of Life," he said. "They understood the principle of balance … they maintained well-being of body and mind." The words are thousands of years old, but the wisdom is timeless.
Jason knows from experience that the pathway to health and harmony is not as formidable as it may initially seem. "The brilliant gem is in our hands," advises a favorite Zen saying. We don't have the time to wait until, the ozone hole is mended, the groundwater is purified, and the air is once again free from contaminants. To restore harmony, we must initiate the change ourselves, taking control of our bodies and accepting responsibility for our health. If we can restore balance within ourselves, we will have taken the necessary first step to restoring balance without."
Valeria Teles interviews Jason Elias — the author of "The Seven Graces of Ageless Aging: How To Die Young as Late in Life as Possible."
Jason Elias has been in private practice since the 1970's, treating thousands of patients by integrating acupuncture, herbal medicine, body work, and nutrition. Over a period of forty years, his professional training has included work in the United States with acknowledged leaders in the fields of psychology, the Alexander technique, massage therapy, bioenergetic therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and herbal medicine, both Eastern and Western. His passion for discovering the root of healing has taken him around the world in search of the commonalities among the healing traditions of ancient cultures: in Japan with masters of Aikido; in Hong Kong with a prominent Chinese acupuncturist and herbalist; in India, with an Ayurvedic master; and in the Philippines studying with their indigenous psychic healers.
Author of several books, Jason has been the keynote speaker at conferences on health and wellness and has been a frequent guest on television, radio and podcasts.
