We all love a good quote. Most define a quote as a short phrase from an individual or collective. Few define a quote as two pages in a book. I am apparently the latter and I am proud of that fact. Self love is important, almost as important as one's love for quotes. Let us discuss.

We're very hard on ourselves at times. Why is that? Has society conditioned us to be that way or is it physiological factors that limit our own self love? I don't know and I don't have answers. However, I do have thoughts. Enjoy!
