This week I had the opportunity to sit down with Anthony Rockemore host of the Antmoney Experience & Shannon Reynolds host of the Big Exclusive Podcast. We covered a lot of great topics, fatherhood, marriage, cultural differences amongst women & of course a mental health check.

This week I wanted to not only celebrate all the great mothers out there but in particular I wanted to highlight the wonderful women and mothers that I know personally. They are all strong, powerful & smart women who make motherhood look easy.

This week I talk about why I went on hiatus, what was going on, the things I have been really struggling with and ultimately the steps I took to get my life in order. I have 2 really good announcements. 1 is bigger than the other to me. I'm BACK! Always remember to give yourself GRACE.

Quick episode because I've been sick all weekend & fighting for life lol. Single parenting & navigating through that, Gun Control issues as well as the ramifications of people filing false charges on others.

I have really been struggling to find balance with everyday life and my responsibilities. Life has been extremely busy for me. Recapping the last couple of weeks & I have bone to pick with the New York Mayor as well as a Texas high school.

You ever feel like you're always the "go to" for everyone? Someone always asking you for a favor, your time or money? But when you need these very people they are unable to reciprocate the same energy. It is time we start saying NO.

This week I wanted to talk about my grandmother on what would have been her 86th birthday. I talk about her teachings, the values she passed along to me, what it was like to be raised by her as well as the day she passed and the things that led up to her death. I am forever grateful to have had her when I had her.
