TV host, speaker, and author Brenda Crouch joins "Let's Talk Purity" today to discuss the increasingly concerning phenomenon of "global sadness," our culture's mental health struggles — and the solutions and truths we can find in the Gospel.

"We have to really look into our history to be able to understand where we are and where we're going," Crouch said. "In this season, we're all experiencing so much external pressure. We're experiencing a shaking in the earth like never before."

She continued, "It's the mercy of God that wants to shake us to awaken us. And we're in a place where we don't really know who we are."
