SHOOTER ALERT: When you think of friend-zones, you always think of women putting men in them. So, we had to ask our guest Reggie if men put women in the friend zone too! We talked about how you can find yourself in the zone, how to possibly get out of one, and the risks of trying to get out the zone! Let’s just say: communication is key and don’t be leading folk on! We told him we are asking him everything ladies want to know from men which he immediately tells us he can't speak on behalf of men only him lol. We discuss sliding in DMs and the success rate, how opportunity and independence effects relationships, and who's paying! We also dived in a little deeper on the marrying up conversation lol. This week was a good week of “Truueee!” With a sprinkle of “Bish Whet?!” We started with Some love and hip hop advice to set reminders! Listen sometimes you do need a reminder to make sure you remain YOU! Then we had to jump over to WWYD scenario: what happens if the answer to a proposal is no? Is the relationship over? SHOOTER ALERT: You want a twist on blind dating? How about actually Blind? This week we found a group that is hosting a blind and speed dating event in the dark, kinda a “Love is Blind” vibe. We talked about the age range of participants, if we could take it seriously, and what questions we would even ask! Also, has anyone ever done speed dating at strip club before? One of us has! SHOOTER ALERT: We saw something this week about Using college as a place to find a spouse instead of Hot girl/boy ish, or better working on yourself and creating a life for you! We discussed how different cultures have different priorities, not right or wrong, just different. Should you marry “up”, who gets to marry “up”..... we should’ve talked about how to marry “up” lol. Creating boundaries in your life is hard period, whether it’s family, friend, or ex. This week we’re discussing how to create those boundaries without ending a relationship completely. For the record, this is reserved for the exes that caused Hurt but not devastation. You all Broke up on decent terms and so they can stay a part of your life lol. We’re talking about what’s are some good boundaries to have, when it’s time to change that Netflix password, if it’s ok to keep sneaky linking, and what the fears really are!
