This week, your no-BS big sis Marizsa and I talk about the messy, non-linear process of self-trust—what it actually takes to evolve and how to not let past versions keep you stuck.
we chat:
At the end of the day, life is an experiment. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s curiosity—staying open, tuning into your inner voice, and taking the next small step forward.

In the second half of this 2-part episode, Elsa and I unpack about what it really means to embrace your weirdness and how that can change everything—the way you move through the world, how you connect with people, and learn to stop holding yourself back from life...
We get into:
❀ How Elsa realized she didn’t care what people thought anymore and the way that shifted her anxiety.
❀ Focusing on small, daily changes instead of fixating on long-term progress and final results.
❀ How stepping outside your comfort zone—whether that’s dancing in your room or talking to strangers— always opens up more opportunities for connection and connecting to life.
❀ That injuries, setbacks, and challenges can be blessings in disguise that force you to slow down and listen to yourself.
This is an open conversation about showing up fully, taking up space, and letting go of the fear of being seen.
If you've ever held yourself back because of what others might think, this one's for you. ·゚* ✧ ·゚

In this episode, Nicole of @_tiny_feelings reminds us that creativity isn’t reserved for the credentialed or elite—it’s innate, living right under your nose, waiting for you to embrace it. We dive into the courage it takes to create, how experimentation fuels self-discovery, and why tuning into your feelings and surroundings is the ultimate spark for inspiration. From embracing fear to breaking through self-doubt, this episode is your invitation to step into the driver’s seat of your curiosity, connect with nature, and live life with an open heart. Whether you’re starting drafts, finding your creative community, or learning to radically accept yourself, this conversation is your invitation that creativity is yours for the taking.
by getting still and quiet, you create space to observe the emotions you tried to run away from for so long...
it's that open awareness that offers acceptance to unfold.

Reflecting on 2024, the themes of personal growth, facing inner demons, and the importance of emotional processing are what shaped my year.
I share my journey of acknowledging people-pleasing tendencies, setting boundaries, and learning to accept and love myself through the spectrum of emotions. Vulnerably facing and validating the coping mechanisms no longer serving me.
As we begin 2025, I'm committing to embracing nature's cycles, letting go of guilt and shame, and standing my ground with a renewed sense of compassion, love, and emotional intelligence...
cheers my friends, to being well this new year <3
it has more to do with appreciating what's in front of your eyes; nature, your people, simple pleasures.
Alyx and I are back on the big island of hawaii, having our morning cacao and chatting about the power we hold in changing our perspective and training our brains to appreciate the small things as the big things.
serendipitous timing brought Awa and I together for dinner together one night and after a few joints and some philosophical questions later,, decided to record and share our discoveries on an episode ...
key points:
~ be more concerned about how you see yourself.
~ learn how to receive from others; in relationships, with your partner, at work. you deserve to be taken care of.
~ lean into vulnerability because, well, that is the journey that is life, right?
~ don't be afraid to share the depths of who you are **with the right people who deserve you.
~ (!!) and before you do that, ask yourself with a pen and journal; who are you? really?? without the expectations and labels... ponder it with a lot of love.
love YOU, mean it. (◡‿◡✿)
a friendly reminder, breakdowns will always usher in a breakthrough. So, after being forced to feel through it this week, I’ve come to these conclusions…
embracing life as an experiment empowers the grace you have for yourself. taking yourself less seriously will help with that. “you can’t hate yourself into a version you love”. not knowing what you’re doing gives you grace to be curious and find it out without pressure. follow the breadcrumbs of what makes your heart feel whole life is chaotic enough without believing the bullshit that makes us disempowered. reconnecting with your childhood curiosity allows you to expand as an adult. If you too don’t know how to act these days, it’s okay to not be okay. you’re not ‘weak’ for feeling anything you’re feeling.
love you, mean it.
