!!!! For my first episode of the year, I have the chance to chat with Ms. Molly Rooyakkers, the woman behind { @style.analytics } one of the only accounts I have my notifications turned on for.
we chat about the practice of living intentionally, evolving through our various passions and the lives we've lived so far, and how through that - we have come to a place of deeper acceptance and appreciation for ourselves... alllll this and more in the episode.
It was truly such a gift to talk with Molly and pick her brain - I trust you will appreciate the conversation just as much as I did having it. ♡♡♡

In my 2023 reflection, I realized that the process of appreciating everything that happens; the good, bad, and beautiful has been the healing method that has helped me most this year... and thank Goddess for that after last weekend.
Some other things I've learned and touched on in this episode are::
protect, honor, and live for your younger self journaling in the morning is good for your soul, and helps set you on a good path for the day. nothing matters (in a really beautiful way) cultivate friendships and relationships that are going to lovingly call you out when you need the reality check surround yourself with other people who are going to push you to be your best damn self it's ok to need reminders!!!!*∴᠅✧find more on Insta at @andsoitisthepodcast∴(◡‿◡✿)᠅᛬*✧·゚

Alex ( @alexgshearer_health ) has always been a breath of fresh air with her beautifully aesthetic wellness content. Since the early days of her account, she has consistently reminded us that we do not have to overcomplicate listening and taking care of our bodies.
In today’s episode, we laugh and chat about how we are in fact H U M A N S and crazy enough- meant to “mess up”, and learn from those experiences. We were reminded that life doesn’t need to be so rigid, structured, or black & white in addition to...
- feeling the fear and doing it anyway
- maximizing the natural fluid nature of life
- being selfish with your energy isn't really selfish
