A Spoonful of Paolo with Paolo Presta

Today is an amazing day because we’re releasing my full interview with the one and only Gloria Estefan. This episode is everything I hope and dreamed it would be. It’s full of love, hope and inspiration. A special thank you to Gloria Estefan for being so gracious and loving. Enjoy this episode, everyone, and please let me know what you think. This episode is dedicated to my beloved mother and Gloria’s mother also. Two angels looking down feeling so proud of their children.

Joy Reid picked a heck of a time to have a front row seat to history and report the news. I can't even explain how excited I was that she found the  time to sit down with me while hosting her nightly show "The ReidOut" on MSNBC and being a part of the network's ALL STAR panel recapping the January 6th Hearings. She has had a remarkable life, and I loved talking to her about her complicated path to living her dream. Watch until the end for some fun predictions about how history will view some of the most dangerous characters in our government and media, and the only mistake Oprah has ever made. What can I say? Every second of this interview was an absolute JOY! 🤩🥄💖

Who else is obsessed with Selling Sunset on Netflix? Today I am thrilled to chat with the beautiful, successful and newly-promoted Mary Fitzgerald. She had a fantastic Season 5 and I can't wait to talk with her about her relationships with fame, Christine, her amazing son and much MORE. I enjoyed every second of this laughter & tear-filled conversation and I hope you do too! 🥄🥄🥄

My interview with Valerie Bertinelli was an interview I will never forget and will always hold a special place in my heart. Her new memoir “Enough Already: Learning to Love the Way I Am Today” is so beautiful, vulnerable and raw. Our conversation about the painful loss of Eddie Van Halen helped me remember that even though my mom isn’t physically here, her spirit and love is with me always. Valerie and I had such a heart connection in this interview and I truly hope it inspires you to heal and love yourself no matter what you are struggling with. This episode is dedicated to the memory of my beautiful mother.

I still can't believe I was able to spend some quality time with the phenomenal cast and writers of the hugely anticipated "How I Met Your Father"! Chatting with Hilary Duff, Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Tom Ainsley, Tien Tran, Suraj Sharma, Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger was a DREAM. I have seen the first four episodes and they are beyond what I wanted them to be. So much heart, so many laughs and the perfect amount of Duff! #HIMYF premieres today 1/18 on Hulu. Don't miss it!

Are y'all ready for a holiday TREAT?? Today I am celebrating Christmastime  with the phenomenally talented Kimberley Locke! Her new holiday album "Christmas is Here" is out now and she is giving me the BEST gift with a special performance of the title track. I can't tell you enough how much I enjoyed talking with Kimberley about her "American Idol" experience, her new life running her own entertainment company and how a chaotic childhood helped make her the powerful woman she is today. Buckle up your sleighbelts and get ready for some laughter, tears and holiday cheer! 🥄🎄💖

If you love "The Brady Bunch" and you love Lifetime Christmas movies, then this is the episode for you! "Blending Christmas" premieres this Sunday (12/12) and I am talking to two of the stars of the movie - Aaron O'Connell and Peter Brady himself, Christopher Knight. The Bradys and Christmas will always go hand in hand for me, so it was beyond exciting to see Christopher reunite onscreen with Barry Williams, Mike Lookinland, Susan Olsen, and even Cousin Oliver Robbie Rist. Add Aaron and Haylie Duff to the mix, it's like they made this movie just for me! So grab yourself a gallon of eggnog, a plate of pork chops & applesauce and enjoy the show. 🥄🥄🥄

I love daytime television, I love "The View", and I LOVE Debbie Matenopoulos! I honestly could have talked to her for three hours so it took all my self control to keep this interview under 30 minutes. We had so much fun talking about her early days at MTV (anyone remember "The Grind"?!), her magical journey of getting hired at "The View" and her fantastic skin care line Ikaria. Being the kids of immigrants, Debbie and I have so much in common and I loved talking with her about her family and the American dream. Stick around until the end for a very special and emotional surprise!

Drag Race royalty Alaska is living up to RuPaul's famous mantra "You Betta Work". She is currently performing onstage in "Head Over Heels" at the Pasadena Playhouse, releasing a ton of new music, prepping a headlining tour AND she just released her new memoir "My Name's Yours, What's Alaska?". I loved talking to her about her life before fame, her volatile relationship with Sharon Needles and why she says you should NEVER win Drag Race.
NOTE: THIS EPISODE CONTAINS SOME ADULT LANGUAGE.

CMT TV and radio host Cody Alan is walking proof that it really does get BETTER. He just won a CMA Award, published his beautiful new memoir "Hear's the Thing", and is finally living a truthful life as a gay man. Our journeys are SO similar and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed talking to him about the hard journey of coming out to his wife, kids (& Keith Urban!) and how it led to the abundant life he lives today. I hope you enjoy this conversation and it inspires you to be authentically yourself in every way!
