Ben shares his experience of travelling around the country from top to bottom for weeks on end, making Julia, who hasn’t visited Peru, very jealous! We learn that this amazing destination has an incredible amount to offer from surfing in the Pacific to scaling the Andes mountains. One thing is clear, from beach to desert to rainforest to mountains, Peru is an astonishingly diverse place. They also have a chat to Andy Vignati and Ruby Barrenechea, semi-finalists from My Kitchen Rules. The ladies from Peru have lots to tell us about their place of birth and share their top dishes, spoiler alert it’s ceviche and lomo saltada, plus how to make the perfect Pisco sour (and yes, you need to add eggwhite). Then Paul Diamond from Selector magazine is back to talk all things wine and Peru.
