Husbands and wives are called to play different roles in a marriage. Husbands are commanded to lead, and wives are called to submit. God doesn’t instruct us to confess and repent because He wants to guilt-trip us. You need to admit that what you did was wrong and then turn away from that sinful behavior so that you can have restored fellowship with God.

You can't imagine all the good things that God has planned for everyone who puts their faith in Him for their salvation. But God also wants your heart to seek Him out every day, spending time with Him in prayer and meditating on His Word. Just like He always came through for Israel when they needed Him, He'll come through for you when you need Him most. He just wants your heart to be focused on Him and for you to trust Him to work through you. If you're a child of God, where should your focus be but on your Heavenly Father? He'll never call you to do something that He won't give you the strength to get through. Sometimes, it might be something too big for you to handle yourself, but it's still something God will provide you with a way to get through. And the way you build that trust is by getting to know Him more: praying to Him and spending time in His Word.

Sometimes, when you get a calling from God to do something for His Kingdom, it will be too large of a task for you to handle yourself. Sometimes it could be in small ways, and sometimes in a miraculous way. But if you keep your heart on God and your focus on doing what He says, He'll provide your needs while you do it.
