I think it is safe to say that we have all had bad experiences with relationships. Whether it’s family, a bad friend, or even people at work or the church, we all have battled with some sort of relationship struggles. Tell them about who Jesus is and what He's done in your life. Be the reconciler God's made you to be.

Are you living for the Lord? Today in his message, Pastor Bill paints a picture of what it looks like to live for God. Living for God means that your life is no longer your own. You are not your highest priority anymore. You have a higher calling and purpose that you are living for. This looks like considering what the Lord wants you to do in a situation and not only thinking about what you want. When was the last time you paused and asked the Holy Spirit to speak into a situation in your life? It's time to start living for God.

Think about where the Lord has brought you from. Maybe you were battling addiction, or lust, or struggles with your identity. You've now found freedom and healing in life with Jesus. But Pastor Bill warns you in today's teaching not to look down on others who are wrestling with the sins of your past. There can be a tendency to do that once you are on the other side. Don't go down that path. The Lord didn't set you free for you to judge others, He set you free so you can help them find freedom too.

That will be the most incredible thing about heaven! You will be with Jesus, forever. You'll be with the One who made you, loves you, and died to save you. Consider your wealth and earthly possessions. You can't take these things with you when you die. The things of this world do not compare to the glory of heaven and eternity in God's presence. Be more concerned about building the Kingdom of Heaven than you are about building your portfolio. What do you need to crucify in your life today? Maybe it's an addiction, an attitude, or an idol. In today's teaching, Pastor Bill encourages you to put it to death. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Today. There's so much that God wants to do in and through you but this thing needs to go to make room for all God has for you. It's going to be painful-- it's going to hurt to let this thing go. But you know you need to do it. What's waiting on the other side of this is so much more beautiful, freeing, and wonderful than you can imagine.

If you are a follower of Jesus, you are to be His bondservant. This means that you are in service, to the Lord. HE is at the center-- not you, not your pastor, not your favorite worship artist. JESUS. Pastor Bill explains in today's message that real work of the Holy Spirit will always draw your attention to Jesus. Not to a person. He is the only one worthy-- the only one who can save. Your job as His bondservant is to point others to Him. Give Him His rightful place at the center of your church, life, and heart.
