  • The invisible business of slavery
Tonight on AVfM Radio we will be talking about what everybody knows is a relic of the past, and not a feature of modern life. That most abhorrent and vile of human institutions, slavery.

We like to imagine that as modern citizens of a post enlightenment culture, we're different we're conscious and conscientious – shit, some of us go out of our way to buy “farmer friendly” products and “ethical” coffee beans – patting ourselves of the back hard enough to need a spa day and a professional massage afterwards. We also imagine slavery as an ancient, brutal, obsolete practice marked by whips, chains, and black men beaten or whipped for not picking the cotton fast enough, or for daring to speak up to their betters, their masters.

Like all human practices, slavery changes through innovation, becoming more efficient, and most importantly more invisible. JtO and GWW will be ripping the blinders off tonight to examine the modern format of one of humanity's most shameful and long lasting social institutions. The business of slavery.

  • AVFM News and Activism Show 4
Tonight on  the fourth edition of AVFM News and Activism we will be featuring University of Mississippi student and  MRA Ben Robinson.  Ben has made a name for himself on YouTube under the names Helperdogfromhell and ConnectingRod911 where he reported stunning examples of misandry at his school including videos about the Clothesline Project and more recently the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event.  Ben was instrumental in helping AVFM report on the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event by giving us first hand accounts and providing valuable information that helped us expose the avarice nature of the schools Office of Sexual Assault.
Robinson, a senior engineering student at MSU, has come under personal attack for being outspoken against the misandry on campus and has been noted by many as a prime example of a one man show when it comes to Men’s Rights activism.  We hope that his appearance on our show will encourage other student MRAs to engage in similar activism on their own campuses.
He will be answering our questions and yours so do call in at (310) 388-9709 .  Showtime is 9pm eastern 8pm central and as usual we will be featuring news and commentary before the interview.

  • Sex, rape, and self selected victimhood
Sex, , Victimhood and the use of victim identity in political tyranny. Tonight on A Voice for Men Radio, John the Other and Girl Writes What will be discussing sex as a means of reproduction, and sex as a social communicative tool, in pair boding and in relationships, and the difference some ideologues seem determined to remain blind to. Also under discussion is how victimhood changes its character when it is a self selected identity rather than an unfortunate outcome or accident. What's the difference between a self selecting victim and a tyrant? Not much besides political charisma.
Join GWW and JtO at 8 PM central standard time, or call in at 310 388 9709

  • Men Going Their Own Way
Where are the good men going? The answer being, obviously, the same place good men have always gone: to an early grave, or a nicely appointed cage. Bad men, on the other hand, are going somewhere else. Anywhere else, in fact, wherever they want, without concern for who tells them no. Men going tier own way, and Zeta Masculinity, the modern paths to male self actualization without necessary self sacrifice on behalf of those who hate them are the topics for the 26 April 2012 episode of AVFM Radio. GirlWritesWhat, Johntheother, and TyphonBlue will be wrestling with what it takes to shake off the mental shackles of a society which discounts male humanity and values only male utility. The social contract between men and women is broken, burned and bombed into rubble, and those who've bombed it provide no replacement except a cage for men. What will replace this contract is still largely unknown, but a few ideas are currently in beta-test now.

  • Manikins without Boundaries: how feminism is merely a tool
Tonight, AVFM's JtO and GWW take a high-altitude view of the most obvious opponents of the human rights of men and boys, namely the followers of big-Feminism. Much ink and many pixels have been expended in discussions of whether the movement named after females is one seeking their equal rights, or their supremacy.

The answer might surprise even some experienced opponents of what sometimes seem like a cult of sexual superiority. In addition tonight, we'll be examining the motivations and behaviours of the superior sex, those who are sometimes compared to royalty, to goddesses, or to children, and in moments of clarity, to simple stimulus responders like flatworms.
In addition, AVfM introduces a new segment to the show : “Who Feminists Want to Murder his Week”.
Show time 8 PM central, 6 PM Pacific

  • Getting Honest About Boys
Boys face a lot of pressure in their young lives. Trying to navigate their social lives with young women is a trying, painful experience even when things go well. It is a time of lessons, most of them by trial and error.
They don’t get much help with this. Most of what they get from adults is some lectures on how you treat, or perhaps please, the opposite sex, but almost nothing on how to hold your own with them. Simply put, we fail to teach boys what they really need to know about girls, and themselves, where it concerns relationships.
On Monday, April 16, 2012, at 8:00 pm CDT (yes, we are back to the regular time), join co-hosts Dr. Tara Palmatier and Paul Elam for an episode of “Man. Woman. Truth.,” that focuses on the messages we give boys about their expectations in relationships with women.
The call in number for the show is 310-388-9709.

  • The Men's Movement is just a bunch of angry white men
According to the opposition, the Men's Rights Movement is nothing except a bunch of sexually frustrated, angry, abusing, woman-hating white men. Angry that they've lost thier patriarchal privilege to beat their wives and send women back to the kitchen, barefoot and pregnant to "go make me a sammich!" .
If you beleive this narrative, you are codially invited tonight, to join AVfM Radio's resident angry white man JtO along with his subservient helpmeet GirlWritesWhat for an evening of male privilege, female victimhood and desperate clinging to the tatered remnants of the patriarchy. Or maybe, GWW and JtO will demolish the lies of gender ideologues with a chainsaw and a flame-thrower, bringing a bit of illumination to the mainstream's dark smog of lies.
