In a Kleptocracy, rule by thieves, there are bandits, bandits everywhere and lies abound and mental illness and sickness and disease aplenty. Yet to quote Susan Sontag, "Courage inspires communities: the courage of an example — for courage is as contagious as fear".

Part 144: Albert Ainu'u writes, "I'm noticing something very strange in Samoa. The people are totally brainwashed. Is the country a massive cult or is there something else?..yet the consequences of his maintaining power are dire for the future of Samoa. Samoa has no choice [and] it must make a change in the next election of 2021." Throughout human history, dictators trample upon the human rights of a population until they have had enough and the pretence of political stability is unmasked as a cruel con game and the dictator and his henchmen revealed as amoral brutes.

Part 143: Community leader Tupai Molesi Taumaoe, told the UK Telegraph, "The community points the finger at the government and the government points the finger at the parents". Allie Duzett a patriot states, "My friends. The time has come. MEASLES IN SAMOA. Buckle your seatbelts".

Part 142: Mata'afa Keni Lesa, editor of the Samoa Observer asks: "Why is there a measles crisis? Could it have been prevented? And looking at the bigger picture with everything that has been happening in Samoa lately, what message is this tragedy trying to convey to the leadership of this country today?" Taulapapa Tupe replies: "Unfortunately, whilst I grieve for the innocent, there are people who (most probably rightfully believe) think that this is a curse or Mala, upon our Nation, as a consequence of the Government corruption, ungodly behaviour and disrespect accorded to the People of Samoa, for many years."

Part 141: Joe Stanley, a patriot says, "Many independent thinking people already know; they know that the government is responsible for so many of our beloved children dead. The United Nations state that systemic gaps in Samoa led to the Measles epidemic."

Part 140: Samoa’s measles deaths are a result of poor government, an anti-vaccination Prime Minister and a two-tier health system, which neglects the health of the majority of the nation. The media seems to be adopting a no fault theory of Samoa’s current epidemic, while patriots Eliota Fuimaono Sapolu, Joe Stanley and Michael Field remind us of the awful truth.

Part 139: Samoa's measles' deaths are a result of corruption and the two-tier health system - the 50 members of parliament are treated overseas with no expense spared, while 199,950 others must make do with a neglected and underfunded healthcare system.
