This week, I ask you to ponder where you are on living in your truth. I've been asking myself this question, and I realized it's more about balance than anything else. Are you living from your mind/logic, trusting your body, or ignoring your body and living in the energetic/spiritual world?

I've done all of them, and lately, I've realized that I am embodying my energy into my body and learning to live from the deep wisdom my body offers me.

Episode 7: Reiki – Universal Life Force Energy

Reiki is a Japanese word and practice that supports us in reducing stress, calming anxiety and adds to our life force. I share my personal experience and the ways that Reiki has supported me and changed my life. It’s been 29 years since I first received my Reiki 1 attunement and 20 years of being a Reiki Master and Teacher.

The beautiful reality is that everyone can learn how to tap into this energy. I believe we all have it already. The devoted practitioner is present with the energy and understand what means to be a channel for another.

Reiki is passed on through three attunements given by a Reiki Master and Teacher. There are many schools or lineages of Reiki but the original is the Usui System of Reiki Healing.
