I explore what stress is and how we can look at it from a new perspective. It’s natural to feel stressed, and there are many resources available. I share my personal experience with stress and what has worked for me. Maybe it will spark a new idea for you. Most importantly, accept that stress exists, and you feel it. Denying stress only makes it worse, and it impacts our ability to be authentic. I share some ways to shift so stress doesn’t rule your experience.

Positivity: Positivity is the practice or tendency to be positive or optimistic in life. When we are positive, we engage in positive thinking, have positive emotions, and engage in positive behaviors like kindness and generosity.
