The podcast currently has 7 episodes available.
In this episode, hosts Uriel and Blandine get into one of their favorite subjects: Tantra.
Tantra is more than what you learn in a book or a workshop. It is – in its own right – a spiritual path to enlightenment. Tantra has the power to break through the appearances of the trivial and mundane to return to the ecstasy of the heart that can be found in every moment. It could be called the path of conscious intense experience. Tantra is a path that embraces all apparent opposites into one: tremendous enthusiasm and eternal silence, cosmic orgasm and complete focus, selfless love and absolute confidence. Join our hosts as they share their experience and perspective upon this ancient path of consciousness expansion.

Why do bad things happen to good people? In this episode, hosts Uriel and Blandine will get to the bottom of this age-old dilemma.
The underlying questions of today’s subject are basically these: Is the Universe just? And if not, why should I be just? Join us as we discuss whether or not there is justice in this world, how that affects our behaviour and outlook on life, what different traditions have to say about this and what practical spiritual implications follow from an answer to these questions that we may or may not find.

In this episode, hosts Uriel and Blandine discuss the importance, challenges and the overall art of detachment.
Detachment has gained a lot of hype in the last few decades, but what is it really? Our hosts get into detachment and its connection to pain and pleasure, compassion and integration, attachment and dependency, freedom and chains, responsibility and love, emotional and behavioural conditioning, ignorance, desires, ego
–and most importantly: fake detachment, or indifference.
And of course we will hear about what all of this has actually to do with spiritual evolution and how to gear our inner experience towards detachment. Enjoy!

In this episode Blandine and co-host Uriel discuss the nuts and bolts of true Love. It says in the old scriptures: “When love becomes infinite, the impossible becomes easily possible.“ … but how can it be done? We will make a first attempt to tackle the age old question on what love is and what it is not, what true love constitutes of and how it looks like when we put love first.

Podcast Advaitananda https://advaitananda.com/podcast/
In this episode, hosts Uriel and Blandine discuss at the Amrita Integral Yoga Centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand about the concepts of small wholes and big wholes.
Sounds weird? Well, it's easier than you might think. Our relationship with the small “wholes”, or units –like family, friends, relationships and work environment– affect the big “whole”, the big unity of all things –may you call it God, the Absolute, Paramatman, the Tao– and our relationship with it. In this context we will touch important spiritual questions, like the effect of our spiritual practice on our daily life, how to love deep and shamelessly, integrating the couple relationship as a spiritual tool, the severe effects of guilt, the essential challenge of humanity today and: finally we will discover why Uriel choses to be the doormat of doormats.
Note: The following phrases and keywords may be of use to the listener:
Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Bahkti Yoga, and Tantra.

In this episode, we will dive into the subject of Eros as our hosts Blandine and Uriel from Mahasiddha Yoga, Chiang Mai, discuss contradictory views on Tantra and Sexuality.
Within this episode, we bring to light a number of interesting questions such as:
What is Eros all about? Is it just another fancy word for Sex? Is it something I practice only in the bedroom? Can the conscious fulfilling of our desires be a spiritual path as promised in the old tantric scriptures? Find out how Tantra can bring Eros into your daily life. And on top we will discuss what you can expect as a long-term student in a Tantra course, what you might gain from entering the spiritual path.
