It’s definitely all blurring together these days as Babs, Ris, and MB continue to shelter-in-place and record podcasts via Zoom (which let us down in this episode). Please listen and enjoy Episode 5, where we talk about politics, Covid-19, TV shows, and more!
In this episode, Babs, Ris and MB talk about the Covid-19 pandemic, toilet paper, politics and WHO funding. It’s always an ecelctic group of topics. Please listen and enjoy!
In this episode, Babs, Ris, and MB talk about the state of sports. The MLB is starting its season with Grapefruit and Cactus leagues? Why wasn’t the great sport of tennis represented on Trump’s sports call? How is the NFL looking? Everything is through the looking glass, of course. The Covid-19 pandemic looking glass.
But please, listen and enjoy!
Athough no longer the top story in these coronavirus pandemic days, there are still some political happenings to share. In this episode, Babs, Ris, and MB talk about Biden and Bernie; the DNC; the Wisconsin primary; the $2.2T stimulus package and more. Everything, of course can look different through the coronavirus pandemic lens, but please, listen and enjoy!
With everything that has changed recently due to the coronavirus pandemic, Ris and Babs will have a regular guest for much of this season. MB will be chiming in with the young adult (almost 18) perspective, as he doesn’t have much schooling or any extracurricular activities happening these days.
In this episode, the group talks about the pandemic, of course, but also the loss of professional sports, among other things.
Please listen and enjoy. And rememeber, this is an entertainment podcast.
When Ris and Babs started this podcast, they decided the seaons would be a smiliar number of epiosdes to TV sitcoms. As this is Season Two, Episode 24, this episode is the last one of this season. What does that mean? Who knows. In the middle of Season two, we launched an Audio Diary feature. If you like tha, please let us know. If you have other thoughts or suggestions, we are open to those as well!
We, of course, talk about the Covid-19 epidemic in this episode, but we also discuss books, movies, TV. There is some distrubing content about Gandhi.
General Announcement:
Ris and Babs talk about the Covid-19 pandemic. Please know that all joking aside, we do take it seriously. We are concerned for all at-risk populations, our doctors, nusrses, first responders. We appreciate our delivery drivers and our grocery store workers. We are concerned with how this pandemic is affecting those in this country who live paycheck-to-paycheck and do not have savings to help them through these times.
Please remember: We are a podcast focused on entertaining. So, please follow our suggested mantra to “Relax and Don’t be a Hater” when you Listen and Enjoy!

Ris and Babs have been busy. Even pre-coronavirus epidemic busy. So, getting episodes recorded and distibuted has been challenge. But please listen and enjoy this episode, primarily focused on the current political scene in the U.S. and the early days of the coronavirus epidemic.
This podcast episode is a little out of date on both.
Ris and Babs continue their discussions and reflections on the Trump impeachment proceedings, specificaly the Senate Trial phase. They also discuss a bit about the Democratic presidential candidates ahead of the Iowa Caucuses. Please listen and enjoy!
In this episode, Ris and Babs are once again heavily focused on the state of our union in the United States of America. Listen and enjoy!
